We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department.

This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in automotive, caravan, service advisory, warranty, or insurance claims administration. You will be the key point of contact for customers requiring servicing, warranty repairs, and insurance-related work, ensuring a smooth experience from booking through to completion.

About the Role

• Manage customer service bookings and repair enquiries.

• Prepare estimates, repair orders, and invoices.

• Coordinate workshop bookings and repair schedules.

• Process warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers.

• Manage insurance repair estimates, approvals, and documentation.

• Communicate repair progress and updates to customers.

• Maintain accurate service, warranty, and insurance records.

• Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient job completion.

About You

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, Insurance Coordinator, or similar role.

• Strong administration and customer service skills.

• Experience preparing estimates, repair orders, or claims documentation.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience within the automotive, caravan, transport, or service industry is highly regarded.

• Current Driver's License.
