Receptionist – McCarroll's Automotive Group

As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the highly successful, long standing, McCarroll's Automotive Group.

You will have the opportunity to meet and work with some fantastic and interesting people. 

As the Receptionist your duties include:

• Answering the main switch

• Ensuring customers are welcomed and greeted

• Gathering information from customers to pass onto our sales staff

• General administration duties and ordering

• Reporting

• Distribution of internal mail

• Maintaining the customer lounge areas

The successful applicant will offer the following characteristics:

• Hospitality and customer service background preferred

• Be well presented

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Be self-motivated

• Be professional and enthusiastic

• Have strong attention to detail

• Computer literate

• Great Phone Manner

• Work well in a team environment

• Strong work ethic
