As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Novated Leasing Administrator to join our team in our brand-new Macquarie Park office, conveniently located just 300 metres from Macquarie Park Metro Station.

This is a hands-on role within a small, high-performing team where you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring applications and customer accounts are managed accurately, efficiently and on time.

This is a fast-paced, administration-focused role responsible for managing novated lease applications and customer accounts throughout the entire lease lifecycle.

You will work closely with our Sales team, customers, dealerships, lenders, employers and payroll teams to ensure a seamless experience from application through to settlement, vehicle delivery, activation and ongoing account management.

Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Manage novated lease applications from submission through to settlement

• Work closely with the Sales team to progress customer applications efficiently

• Coordinate vehicle procurement and delivery with dealerships and suppliers

• Manage finance settlements and associated documentation

• Facilitate vehicle activations, including registration, insurance, fuel cards and salary packaging arrangements

• Liaise with employers and payroll teams regarding implementation and payroll deductions

• Provide ongoing support to drivers throughout the life of their lease

• Manage registration renewals, lease variations and other in-life customer requests

• Maintain accurate records across CRM and operational systems

• Proactively follow up stakeholders to keep applications and customer requests moving

• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service

• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies

You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and customer service.

• Previous experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, vehicle finance, settlements or a similar administration role

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Ability to manage a high volume of work and competing priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence communicating with customers, dealerships, employers, payroll teams, lenders and internal stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team

• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Experience within the novated leasing industry

• Understanding of salary packaging processes

• Experience using CRM and finance administration systems

• $90,000 + Super
