About the Client
A well-established Brisbane accounting firm is seeking an experienced Admin to join their growing team.

With offices in the northern suburbs AND CBD, this firm offers exposure to a diverse client base - from individuals and high-net-worth groups through to substantial private entities. You’ll work closely with Managers and Partners, gain strong advisory exposure, and mentor junior staff within a structured team environment.

The JOB

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across the office
• Provide support to managers, accountants and administration team members
• Maintain and update client information and records within MYOB AE
• Manage jobs, workflows, deadlines and related administrative processes in MYOB AE
• Assist with billing, invoicing and work-in-progress administration
• Coordinate client correspondence, documentation and lodgement processes
• Monitor workflow and follow up outstanding tasks and information
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records
• Support and guide junior administration team members
• Help develop and improve office systems, procedures and administrative workflows
• Liaise professionally with clients, accountants, management and external parties
• Provide general office and administrative support as required
