Recycling Attendant - Warwick

As a Recycling Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for community members arriving to responsibly dispose of household waste and recyclables. Your role is essential in keeping the site running smoothly, ensuring materials are sorted, handled, and processed correctly and safely.

This is a role for someone who’s not afraid of physical work, enjoys being outdoors, and takes pride in doing a job well. You’ll be working onsite at the Warwick waste facility, wearing PPE including steel?cap boots, and contributing to a team that values safety, respect, and professionalism. A forklift licence is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.

This role is based at the Warwick, Queensland facility site. Casual hours (Including weekend work with penalty rates).

What You’ll Be Doing

Following Endeavour’s Work Health & Safety procedures, including correct PPE useMultiple sites working at various locations of southern downs region waste sites including Stanthorpe, Warwick, Allora and othersLifting and moving heavy items (15kg+) with confidenceProviding solid customer service—greeting the public and helping them unload their wasteHandling repetitive physical tasks, bending, sorting, and stacking materials safelyEnsuring recyclable and waste items are processed correctly and efficiently
