Mobile Tyre Shop is a national organisation experiencing strong growth and seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support the effective operation of our new Molendinar warehouse. This role suits an emerging leader with a solid operational background, ready to step up into broader responsibility.

Working closely with the State Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across logistics, warehousing, customer service and daily workflow management.

What You’ll Do

• Keep daily operations running smoothly across scheduling, workflow and resource allocation

• Coordinate logistics to ensure drivers hit every job on time

• Manage tyre inventory, stock levels and regular stocktakes

• Work with suppliers and vendors to support seamless operations

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and service issues

• Maintain safe, compliant branch operations

• Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve performance

What You Bring

• Strong operational background and excellent time management

• Hands‑on leadership style with energy and initiative

• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure

• Tyre, mechanical or auto‑electrical experience (highly regarded)

• Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills

Role Details

Reports to: QLD State Manager Location: Molendinar, Gold Coast Hours: 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday
