Maintenance Boilermakers & Fitters – Quarry / Crusher Experience Preferred
Location: Narangba (Workshop & Field Service)

Maintech Group continues to experience strong growth, and we are looking for experienced Boilermakers and Fitters to join our team in North Brisbane.

We operate across two core divisions—Engineering & Maintenance Services and Blasting & Coatings—with a mix of workshop-based fabrication and on-site servicing across QLD. These roles offer variety, stability, and the opportunity to work on heavy plant and equipment in real-world conditions.

About the Roles

These are hands-on positions split between our Narangba workshop and field service work across quarry and industrial sites. You’ll be involved in maintenance, shutdowns, breakdowns, fabrication, repairs, and upgrades on a range of fixed and mobile plant, with a strong focus on crushers and quarry equipment.

Boilermakers will be involved in structural repairs, chute work, wear plate installation, fabrication, and general heavy maintenance.

Fitters will focus on mechanical maintenance, breakdowns, conveyor systems, crushers, bearings, gearboxes, and plant servicing.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualified Boilermakers and/or Mechanical Fitters

• Experience in quarries, crushers, conveyors, or heavy plant maintenance highly regarded

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work in fast-paced environments

• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
