Your impact
As our Brisbane Transport team continues to grow, Jacobs is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join our high-performing Transport team and help deliver innovative infrastructure solutions across Queensland and beyond.
In this role, you'll be recognised as a technical specialist in civil design, applying advanced design principles and digital engineering practices to deliver quality outcomes for our clients. You'll take ownership of engineering design and drawing deliverables, leveraging emerging technologies and BIM workflows to improve capability, efficiency and project delivery.
Working closely with Project Managers, Design Managers, Project Information Managers and BIM Coordinators, you'll contribute to multidisciplinary transport projects while supporting innovation and digital excellence. A key focus will be collaborating with and developing our Global Integrated Delivery teams to ensure consistent delivery against ANZ Transport standards and digital requirements.

Here's what you'll need
Extensive experience in civil design, including 12d road design, geometrics and CAD The ability to manage design deliverables to quality, schedule and budget expectations Experience identifying project risks, opportunities and practical solutions Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes A collaborative approach with the ability to mentor and support others Relevant civil qualification
