Lito Presto is expanding our team and is seeking passionate & experienced Barista to join our ever-growing team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages to the highest standard, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.

• Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable café moments.

• Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their preferences are known and their expectations are exceeded.

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all areas of the café.

• Contribute to a positive team culture built on collaboration, pride in craft, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume or premium café environment.

• A genuine passion for coffee — from extraction to presentation, you take pride in every cup.

• Latte Art Legend

• The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• A team-first mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
