Paediatric Tracheostomy Registered Nurses – Northern Suburbs Perth (NOR)

SN Services are seeking experienced Paediatric Tracheostomy Registered Nurses to join our dedicated care teams supporting our clients in their home environment in the Northern Suburbs of Perth (NOR).

This is a unique opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional, family-centred care and helping a child achieve the best possible quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality clinical care and support, including:

• Paediatric tracheostomy management and care
• Airway management, suctioning, and respiratory monitoring
• Clinical assessments and ongoing health monitoring
• Medication administration and care planning
• Recognising and responding to changes in clinical presentation
• Supporting daily routines, development, comfort, and wellbeing
• Collaborating with the child’s family, healthcare professionals, and support team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in paediatric nursing
• Paediatric tracheostomy training and demonstrated competency
• Experience caring for children with complex medical needs
• Strong clinical assessment skills and confidence managing respiratory care
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a care team
• A calm, caring, and professional approach
