SN Services are seeking passionate, caring and reliable Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and High Intensity Support Workers to join our growing team and support our paediatric and adult clients across Perth – North and South of the River.

We provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients with complex medical needs and catastrophic injuries, supporting them to live meaningful and fulfilling lives in their own homes and communities.

About the Role

We have a range of opportunities available across our paediatric and adult client teams, with shifts available weekdays, weekends and nights.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may be supporting clients with complex care needs including:

• Spinal cord injuries

• Ventilation and tracheostomy care

• Complex medical needs

• High-intensity support requirements

• Personal care and daily living activities

• Supporting clients to engage with family, friends and their wider community

Our clients have diverse interests, personalities and support needs. We are looking for team members who are committed to building positive relationships and providing consistent, respectful and individualised care.

About You

We are looking for people who are:

• Committed to providing consistent and person-centred support

• Available for a range of shifts, including weekdays, weekends and nights

• Experienced in complex care, or motivated to develop your skills in this area

For nursing roles, current AHPRA registration is required.

Experience with ventilation, tracheostomy care, spinal cord injuries or other complex medical needs is highly regarded. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are available for suitable candidates.
