About the Role:
Step into a meaningful role where your organisational skills directly support community safety and mental health care. An exciting opportunity is available to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administration Support Officer within the Forensic Mental Health Service.
In this pivotal position, you’ll be the backbone of the Forensic Community Mental Health team - providing high-quality administrative and reception support that keeps services running smoothly. From maintaining accurate client records and coordinating appointments to managing phone and counter enquiries, your work will ensure clinicians and clients are supported every step of the way.
Working closely with multidisciplinary staff, members of the public and key partners, you’ll confidently navigate systems such as CBIS, Sunrise and the Microsoft Office Suite, while delivering a professional, discreet and welcoming service. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining confidential medical records, streamlining workflows and contributing to improved and efficient work practices across the unit.
