Civil Supervisor - Remote Projects

Allan King & Sons Group are a local, family-owned Civil Construction, Concrete and Quarrying company, based in Tivendale, Northern Territory. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced site supervisors to join our team and contribute with the ongoing success of our operations as we continue to build quality infrastructure across the Territory. 

Relocation packages tailored to individual requirements available and FIFO arrangements will also be considered for suitable candidates.

In this pivotal role, you will manage all facets of project execution, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of all site personnel, driving continuous improvements in line with achieving project targets.

• Manage on-site resources and implement industry best practices to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

• Provide strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to overcome any project challenges.

• Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure project goals are met safely, on budget, and on time.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience on civil construction projects ranging in complexity.

• Expertise in site management and leadership, including team coordination and resource allocation.

• Strong background in construction management project foresight and oversight.

• In-depth knowledge of resource management and utilisation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.

• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with WHS, quality management, and process improvement standards.

• Proven ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate site reports in line with company policies and procedures.

• Experience and knowledge utilising GPS and machine control is a bonus but not essential.

Remote projects available & remuneration only limited by experience.
