About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance team on a full-time, 5-month maternity leave contract, based in our Perth CBD office.

Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, this role has a strong focus on client billing and accounts receivable processes.

A key part of the role involves preparing invoices directly from OSHGroup’s bespoke enterprise system, as well as working across MYOB. As our billing processes are supported by a specialised internal system, you will need strong IT skills and be confident learning and navigating new software and processes.

This is a hands-on billing role suited to someone with strong attention to detail who is comfortable working across multiple clients and billing structures while confidently managing competing deadlines.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing invoices across multiple clients and billing structures

• Managing daily and month-end billing requirements

• Working across a bespoke billing system as well as MYOB

• Ensuring billing is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

• Liaising with internal teams to resolve billing queries

• Maintaining accurate billing and financial records

• Providing general accounts receivable and billing support as required

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous accounts receivable, billing or invoicing experience

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• The ability to work across multiple clients with different billing requirements

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Confidence learning and working across different systems

• The ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  

Previous experience using MYOB or similar accounting software would be highly regarded.
