EXPERIENCED WAIT STAFF - BOTTEGA, MELBOURNE CBD

WHO WE ARE

Overlooking leafy Bourke Street Hill, Bottega has been serving some of Melbourne’s best modern Italian food for the past 20+ years. The menu takes inspiration from regional Italian cooking and our pasta is all made by hand, fresh each day. The interior has stylish leather booths and custom timber topped tables, perfect for a romantic evening, a pre-theatre feed, a long lunch or a late dinner. 

THE ROLE

We are seeking fresh faces to build our existing FOH team.

If you love food, wine and being part of a close team, we want to hear from you. We provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service (while still having a bit of fun!) We are closed on Sunday's & Monday's which allows for that much needed work/life balance. We’re seeking team members with weekday and weekend availability - for lunch and dinner shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, approx. 20-30hrs per week.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a quality venue (essential)

• A genuine passion for food, wine, and exceptional service

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs

• Italian food/wine knowledge (highly regarded)

• Reliability, energy, and a good sense of humour
