Flour Child Richmond opened its doors late 2024 and has been killing it ever since. We describe Flour Child as a cocktail bar disguised as a pizzeria.

Just like our signature Pinsa bases, our culture is what sets us apart. We are a team of real people, who love what we do and have a good time doing it. We work hard, play hard and have a no bullsh*t approach to how we do business. 

With 2x venues across both St KIlda and Richmond we are on the hunt for high energy and passionate FOH waiters to join our close-knit team. Please note that this role is for our Richmond location

 What You’ll Do:

• Serve drinks, cocktails and food with energy and consistency

• Deliver warm, professional and attentive service to all guests

• Work as part of a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations

• Keep the bar, floor and service areas clean and organised

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality (bartending or waitstaff )

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and team-player mentality

• Current RSA certificate
