About the role
Lead the strategic coordination of member engagement activities across the RACGP. Develop frameworks, tools and processes that drive national consistency, while partnering with Member Engagement Team Leaders, Member Engagement Coordinators and stakeholders to deliver high-quality member experiences.
As our Member Engagement Lead, you'll also:
Develop and maintain resources, procedures and guidelines that support the planning and delivery of member engagement activities both in person and online.Build strong relationships with Member Engagement Team Leaders, Member Engagement Coordinators and internal stakeholders to support effective event delivery and collaboration.Provide onboarding, coaching and ongoing support to Member Engagement Coordinators, promoting best practice and continuous capability development.Analyse member engagement activity, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality and member experience.
Skills & Experience
Experience in event management, member engagement or communications.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills.
