About the Opportunity 

We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Fulcrum Suspensions Capalaba. 

In this role, you’ll: 

• Deliver outstanding customer service across the front counter, phone, and email. 

• Assist customers with product enquiries, quotations, bookings, and service recommendations. 

• Coordinate workshop bookings and keep customers informed throughout their service experience. 

• Work closely with the Store Manager and Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. 

• Support sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services. 

• Help create a welcoming, professional environment for every customer who visits our store. 

About You 

You could be a perfect fit if you: 

• Have previous experience in an automotive business, mechanical workshop, dealership, parts business, tyre store, 4x4 business, service centre, or a similar customer-facing environment. 

• Have experience in front counter customer service, service advising, retail sales, parts interpreting, or administration. 

• Are confident managing customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and workshop schedules. 

• Have a good understanding of automotive terminology, job cards, invoices, and workshop processes. 

• Are comfortable using point-of-sale, booking, CRM, or workshop management systems. 

• Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
