About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Weekend Receptionist (Maternity Leave Cover) to be the welcoming face and voice of Springwood Greens Care Community.

This fixed-term opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating a warm and welcoming environment, and providing high-quality administrative support in a rewarding aged care setting.

What You'll Do

• Be the warm, welcoming and helpful first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and contractors
• Deliver exceptional customer service, managing enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
• Create a positive first impression and provide a personalised experience for everyone entering the care community
• Assist with administrative duties including managing mail, maintaining records, filing and data entry
• Support the leadership team with general administration tasks as required
• Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming reception environment

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a reception, administration, front-of-house or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, friendly and professional approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive experiences
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
