About the Role:

We're looking for a caring and efficient Customer Support Assistant to be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our team at Phillip Island Grove Care Community.

• Employment Type: Permanent Part Time - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Remuneration: Attractive hourly rate (DOE) + 12% superannuation

What You'll Do:

• Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support to ensure our care community runs smoothly.
• Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our beautiful community.
• Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Work as a key part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential)
• A friendly, professional manner with exceptional organisation and communication skills
• A genuine desire to help people and make a difference in your community
• The ability to be proactive, work as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to complete:
  • Pre-employment medical

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
