About the Role:

We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Berkeley Vale Care Community on the Central Coast.

As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and team members, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role combines exceptional customer service with administrative support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the care community.

What You'll Do:

• Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.
• Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.
• Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering
• Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role
• A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office
• A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
