The Role:

Are you a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service? Amora Hotel Adelaide is seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Food & Beverage operations during allocated shifts.

• Deliver exceptional guest service and proactively anticipate guest needs.

• Maintain service, presentation, and grooming standards across the team.

• Train, coach, and support team members to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with RSA, Food Safety, WHS, and hotel policies.

• Monitor outlet cleanliness, stock control, and FIFO procedures.

• Drive sales through upselling and promotion of hotel outlets and events.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.

• Promote a positive team culture and effective communication across departments.

• Report incidents, hazards, maintenance issues, and policy breaches promptly.

• Undertake additional duties as required to support business operations.

Skills and Experience

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in a hospitality environment.

• Strong food and beverage service skills, including bar and table service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests and team members.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• High standards of personal presentation, grooming, and hygiene.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.

Desirable

• Previous experience working in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

• Experience serving premium wines, cocktails, and beverages in a high-volume setting.

• Knowledge of Micros POS and Opera PMS systems.

• Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards.

• Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

• Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage Supervisor role.
