Warehouse & Administration All-Rounder Full-Time Position | Townsville, QLD

Townsville Gearboxes is a locally owned and operated business supplying quality gearboxes and

drivetrain components across North Queensland. We're a hands-on team who take pride in delivering

great service and getting the job done right.

The Role

We're on the lookout for a reliable, hardworking all-rounder to join our team full-time. This is a varied role

that will see you splitting your time between the warehouse and the front office — no two days are exactly

the same, and we love it that way.

If you're someone who takes initiative, isn't afraid to get your hands dirty, and enjoys working in a

fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching stock

• General warehouse operations including stock control and inventory management

• Assisting with day-to-day administration duties (data entry, filing, phones, emails)

• Providing friendly and professional customer service, both in person and over the phone

• Supporting the team wherever needed — no task too big or too small

• Assisting with forklift operations as required

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Current open driver's licence

• A genuine willingness to work hard and get stuck in

• Strong initiative — someone who sees what needs doing and does it

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

• Basic computer literacy and administration skills

• Good communication skills and a professional, friendly manner

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Advantageous (but not essential):

• Current forklift licence (LF ticket)

• Previous warehousing or stores experience

• Customer service or trade counter experience

• Experience in the automotive, mechanical, or industrial sectors
