Admin / Property Manager

Beyond Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic Administration & Property Management Officer to join our growing team in Canning Vale. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining front office administration with hands-on support for our busy property management department.

📍 Location: Canning Vale
🕘 Hours: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm

Your role will include:

• Assisting our Property Managers with day-to-day tasks

• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors

• Managing emails, phone enquiries and reception

• Processing applications and tenancy documentation

• General office administration and data entry

• Helping keep our property management department running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Previous administration or property management experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Current driver's licence
