ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE
Job Description-
The Administrative Associate will support different administrative activities, such as invoicing, debt collection, checking the work reports and work-related expenses of the branch colleagues, providing reports periodically, mantaining updated our filing systems, organizing trips for technicians and sales area managers.
Job Requirements-
Accounting knowledge and bookkeeping experience is preferred; Computer proficiency; Strong listening skills; Reliability and precision; Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
