Your Role:

• Deliver outstanding customer service that keeps patrons coming back.
• Take orders, serve beverages, and bring delicious dishes to our guests quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the bar and dining areas spotless, creating an inviting space for all.
• Handle cash and transactions like a pro, ensuring accuracy with every sale.
• Work hand-in-hand with your teammates to keep the good vibes flowing and operations running smoothly.

About You:

• You’ve earned your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and are proficient in handling drinks and diners.
• Gaming certificates are highly preferred and experience with GFR Pro is beneficial.
• Previous experience in F&B service, e.g. bar, waiting, barista.
• With a smile that lights up the room and top-notch communication skills, you’re the friendly face people remember.
• Previous experience in hospitality is a big plus, but if you’re passionate, quick on your feet, and love making people feel welcome, we want to hear from you!
• You can work flexible hours, especially nights and weekends, and thrive in fast-paced settings.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and always looking for how you can make every shift better than the last.
