Female – Disability Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to join our team.

Great disability support doesn’t come from rushing, rotating staff or rigid routines. It comes from relationships, consistency and trust.

In this role, you will provide personalised support to female clients with higher support needs, including challenging behaviours and autism spectrum disorder. You will play a vital role in ensuring her unique needs are met through tailored support, fostering an environment of respect, dignity, and independence.

You’ll be trusted to:

• Build strong, respectful relationships
• Support daily living, personal care and community participation
• Follow clear behaviour support and safety plans
• Work as part of a stable, communicative team
