The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This hands-on role blends training coordination, facilitation, onboarding, program creation, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation.  You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating onboarding programs to ensure new employees are effectively inducted into the organisation
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design, coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the business
• Contributing to broader organisational development, culture and capability initiatives.
• Providing professional advice to leaders and stakeholders on learning solutions, development pathways and capability uplift.

• Conduct training needs analyses and develop relevant training plans.

This position is full-time and located in our Townsville office.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role you will have:
 

• Strong understanding of training & organisational development theories, instructional design models and facilitating programs

• Demonstrate strong skills, knowledge and expertise in training design, delivery, and evaluation.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Education, Training, Finance or similar
• Strong attention to detail, time management and project coordination capability
