About the Role

As the face of our practice, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors. No two days are the same, so you'll need to be adaptable, proactive, and able to think on your feet.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism

• Managing appointments and multiple doctor diaries

• Answering a high volume of telephone enquiries

• Processing Medicare, EFTPOS and billing transactions

• Maintaining accurate patient records using Best Practice software

• Managing incoming correspondence and referrals

• Supporting our doctors and clinical team with day-to-day administration

• Contributing to the smooth running of our busy practice

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous medical reception experience (preferred)

• Has exceptional time management and organisational skills

• Possesses outstanding attention to detail

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking

• Can prioritise competing tasks while remaining calm under pressure

• Is confident using computer systems and learning new software

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is reliable, proactive and takes pride in their work

• Loves working as part of a supportive, high-performing team

• Brings a positive attitude and contributes to a fun workplace culture
