OSHC Lead Educator – Lead, Create and Empower
Create a program children can't wait to come back to.
Permanent Part-Time | Additional hours available
Additional hours available through Vacation Care, Long Day Care and other Uniting Early Learning services
Split shifts available with split hours allowance.
Dedicated OSHC room and outdoor play area

About the Role
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic educator to lead our OSHC and Vacation Care program.
You'll have the opportunity to shape engaging experiences for school-aged children, build strong relationships with families and the local community, and create a welcoming space where children can thrive.

About You
Hold, or be studying towards, an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification
Experience developing and implementing OSHC programs
Understanding of My Time, Our Place (MTOP)
Passionate about working with school-aged children
Creative, innovative and able to bring fresh ideas
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Leadership experience in OSHC or a similar setting is highly regarded
Essential Requirements
Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Valid Australian working rights
