About the Role

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Admin Representative to join our team in Belmont.

This role will provide important support across customer service and sales administration. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, engage with customers through our B2B portal, and coordinate warranty and return requests.

You will also support the processing and management of orders for select major customers, ensuring each order is accepted, assigned the correct product, priced accurately and managed through to delivery.

With new brands and retail partner growth, this is a busy role that requires accuracy, strong communication and the ability to work across different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and through the B2B portal.
• Accurately enter, process and manage customer orders.
• Support the order requirements of major customer accounts.
• Check product allocation, pricing and order details for accuracy.
• Monitor orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Manage customer returns, warranty claims and credits.
• Investigate and help resolve customer, product and order issues.
• Prepare non-conformance reports when required.
• Work towards delivery-in-full and on-time performance targets.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information.
• Provide general sales administration and customer service support.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales administration or order processing.
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, retail or FMCG environments.
• Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence managing high-volume and detailed customer orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of issues.
• The ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment.
• Confidence working across different departments to resolve issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision or a similar ERP system is desirable.
