Sherridon Homes is now seeking a Pre-site Construction Administrator/ Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is the perfect time to join a growing team and be part of that journey.

This role will be crucial in taking care of our customers throughout the administration of their build through to site start.

The Role

Coordinating permits, contract drawings and drawing amendmentsFollowing up on finance approvals and arranging warranty insuranceYou will deliver an exceptional journey to our customers, building a home experience.Working within a tight-knit and supportive teamAbility to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholdersUtilizing technology, internal systems, industry knowledge, and software to deliver a seamless customer experienceMaintaining accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and Group policy and proceduresSupporting the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers.

Qualifications And Experience
