We're a vibrant, high-energy café looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our close-knit team at Beans N More. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, take pride in top-notch service, and want a role where you can grow, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and food with outstanding customer service
Handle fast-paced morning rushes with ease
Communicate clearly with customers and team members with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Work as a proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills
About you
Previous hospitality and barista skills required
Outstanding customer service and clear communication skills
Friendly, welcoming attitude
Proactive team player
Strong problem-solving skills
Flexible availability across 7 days, working up to 5 days per week with early morning starts from 5:30am
