IT Retail Sales Receptionist

Computer Alliance is an industry leader in IT Retail, with a reputation based on excellence in sales and after-sales service.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist at our store in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane.

Key responsibilities for these roles include:

• First point of contact with customers

• Cash handling and processing payments

• General phone enquires and call distribution

• Customer enquiries

• General sales enquiries

• Data entry

• Filing

• Click & Collect

We are looking for people who:

• Have previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality

• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer service is a must

• Ability to communicate with people on all levels

• Able to work in a team environment

• Previous experience will be highly regarded, however is not essential

• The successful applicants will maintain a friendly and efficient manner with a professional approach to customer service

• An interest in technology would be an advantage

Work hours
-Full flexibility required, including weekends and Thursday evenings
