Service Receptionist

About the role
Sydney City Volkswagen is seeking a talented Service Receptionist to join our established Aftersales teams.  As Service Receptionist you will be joining the busiest department in our business. Your objective is to facilitate an exceptional customer service experience for each and every client in this key front-of-house role.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager your duties will include:

• Attending to face-to-face, phone and online enquiries

• Scheduling and confirming service appointments, and managing the service booking system

• Handling customer enquiries and providing information about dealership services 

• Ensuring the service reception area is well-presented and organised at all times

• Providing general clerical and administrative support for the Aftersales team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team 

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail

• Prior experience with Titan is not essential but will be highly regarded.

• A friendly professional and enthusiastic attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
