Service Receptionist

Hidden Valley Ford & Subaru Darwin is part of Regent Motors Group, a privately owned automotive group with dealerships across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our busy Service Department in Berrimah.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. This varied role combines face-to-face customer service, telephone enquiries, service bookings and general administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and responding to face-to-face enquiries

• Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries

• Creating and coordinating daily service bookings

• Assisting with service and loan vehicle bookings

• Providing administrative support to the Service Department

• Assisting with customer concerns and escalating issues when required

• Maintaining stationery supplies for the department

• Ensuring the customer lounge and reception area remain clean and presentable

• Building positive working relationships across dealership departments

• Following workplace health, safety and security procedures

• Completing other general office duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 12 months’ experience in a similar reception, administration or automotive administration role

• Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills

• A professional and well-presented approach

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent telephone manner

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• High attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment

• A current driver’s licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle

Previous experience within an automotive dealership or Service Department will be highly regarded.
