We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and professional Receptionist / Showroom Host to become the welcoming face of our industry-leading sales team in Ravenhall.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently
• Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding showroom experience
• Direct visitors to the appropriate team members
• Log and manage telephone enquiries
• Prepare invoices and complete filing and general administration tasks
• Maintain a professional and organised reception area

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous reception, customer service or hospitality experience
• Immaculate personal presentation
• A friendly, energetic and positive attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Full Australian Permanent Residency or Australian work rights (applications from candidates without valid Australian work rights will not be considered)
