About the role
About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and proactive team member to join our property management team, supporting the management of residential and strata properties across Western Australia. In this role, you’ll assist with day-to-day property management tasks, including onboarding tenants, responding to enquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and helping ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and compliant with legislation. You’ll also liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors to support positive relationships and smooth operations.
This role is supervised by an experienced Portfolio Manager, providing a supportive environment where you can grow your skills, gain practical experience in property management, and develop your career in the real estate industry.
About You
You are organised, professional, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You either hold a current WA Property Manager registration or are actively working towards it. You take pride in delivering high-quality service, are willing to learn, and can follow established processes and procedures. Previous experience in property management or related administrative roles is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.
You enjoy building strong relationships, problem-solving, and helping ensure tenants and owners have a positive experience. A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence are required, as you’ll occasionally need to visit properties.
What we offer
We believe in providing the best work environment for our staff.
Everything from our culture, our inclusions and our office has been based around our Built Around People philosophy.

Where you’ll be working
You’ll be based at our Summit Realty office located in the Waikiki Shopping Centre, Rockingham, working in a friendly and professional environment with easy access to local amenities.
