Part Time Permanent 3 days per week 22.8hrs
Based at our Civic Centre in Nunawading

The role:

This position is responsible for providing an accurate, efficient and effective rating service to customers of the Council ensuring all issues are addressed in a professional, confidential, timely and accurate manner.

About you:

To be considered for this position you will have:

Experience within a Council’s rating or revenue environment and maintenance of large property databases.
Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure accuracy of record management and other related information.
Ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure all daily tasks are kept up to date.
Demonstrated well developed communication skills, both verbally and written.
Ability to work in a team environment.
