WAREHOUSE FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Here at 3PL we are seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator to ensure safe and efficient material handling within our warehouse. The operator will be responsible for operating machinery to load/unload incoming shipments, pick and stage outgoing goods, and replenish warehouse stock, maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols, perform pre-operational check on equipment, and report any mechanical issues or damage immediately.

• Material Handling: Operate both high reach and counterbalance forklifts to load/unload trailers, move materials to racking, pick and stage orders for shipment.

• Inventory Control: Use RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and document stock movements in the warehouse management system.

• Warehouse Efficiency: Ensure aisles are clear, inventory is stacked properly, and workspaces are kept tidy.

• Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking and packing orders, as well as checking shipments for damages and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• License: Valid forklift license/certification

• Experience: Previous warehouse or forklift experience (1+ years).

• Technical Skills: Proficient with RF scanners and basic computer systems.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environments.
