Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our busy and expanding Parts Department based at Lonsdale.

About the Role

As a key member of our Parts Team, you will play an important role in supporting our dealerships, technicians, trade customers and retail clients across multiple franchises.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting and supplying genuine parts and accessories across our dealership brands

• Assisting workshop technicians with parts identification and supply

• Providing outstanding service to trade and retail customers

• Processing parts orders and maintaining accurate inventory records

• Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and other dealerships to source parts efficiently

• Supporting stock control, receipting and inventory management processes

• Working closely with the Group Parts Manager and wider dealership teams

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive industry or an experienced technician wanting to get off the tools

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems and manufacturer catalogues

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Pentana DMS would be advantageous, but not essential

• A team player who takes pride in delivering quality service
