We install and service solar, battery and EV systems across Wollondilly, Macarthur, the Southern Highlands and Wollongong. Based in Picton, locally owned, and we've built our name in the local area.

We work with SigEnergy, Tesla, Fronius, SolarEdge, and Sungrow, which means the gear you'll learn on is the gear the industry is moving toward.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll start where every solar apprentice starts — on the roof. Rail, mounting, panel install, DC runs. But you won't stay there. Bonus points and fast-tracked if you already have roof experience.

As you progress, you'll be working on:

• Home battery installs and commissioning

• EV charger installations

• Switchboard upgrades

• Service and fault-finding work — the stuff that actually teaches you the trade

Battery and EV work is where this industry is heading. Most apprentices don't touch it until they're qualified. You'll be doing it before you finish.

What we're looking for

• 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice

• Current NSW driver's licence

• White Card

• Fit enough to be on a roof with panels most of the day

• Solar or battery experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker

• Turns up, does the work, inspires to be a good sparky
