About the role:

• Advise clients through employment law, industrial relations and workplace safety matters.
• Work on a mix of advisory and contentious matters, including litigation and safety-related work.
• Manage matters with autonomy while receiving support from Partners and senior lawyers.
• Contribute to a collaborative national team working across a broad client base.
• Use and develop skills in AI and emerging legal technology.

The ideal candidate:

• 2–4 years post-admission experience in employment law or industrial relations.
• The role is based in Brisbane; however, strong candidates in Melbourne or Sydney will also be considered.
• Exposure to litigation and an interest in workplace safety matters.
• Commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.
• Comfort using AI tools, or a genuine willingness to build capability in this area.
• A collaborative, down-to-earth team player who values a respectful and supportive culture.
