About the role:

Join a highly regarded and growing Brisbane practice and work through a variety of matters across employment, industrial relations and workplace safety, including:

• Appearing at the Fair Work Commission.
• Providing advice about an employee’s suspension or ill-health management.
• Drafting submissions in response to a discrimination claim.
• Advising on steps to address a workplace conduct complaint.
• Getting evidence for an underpayment dispute.
• Workplace conduct and psychosocial risk matters.
• Serious workplace incidents and regulator investigations.
• WHS prosecutions and coronial inquests.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years' PQE in employment, industrial relations and/or workplace safety.
• Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in workplace law.
• Experience managing matters and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
