Clinical Informatics Support Officer

Join Darling Downs Health as a Clinical Informatics Support Officer in Toowoomba and support the digital systems, information and processes that help healthcare teams deliver great care. What your day could look like

As a Clinical Informatics Support Officer, you'll help ensure staff have the tools, information and support they need to work effectively. Working across digital health initiatives, you'll contribute to better workflows, stronger communication and positive outcomes for teams and patients.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Coordinating project, training and team activities to keep priorities moving forward.
• Supporting staff with digital resources and directing enquiries to the right support channels.
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation and communications that support quality outcomes.
• Assisting with change initiatives that build confidence in digital ways of working.

You're organised, proactive and enjoy helping others succeed. You bring strong attention to detail, communicate confidently and take pride in supporting improvements that make work easier for teams. You'll be motivated by meaningful work, continuous learning and the opportunity to contribute to better healthcare experiences.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Experience in administration, customer service or operational support.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High accuracy in record keeping, documentation and data management. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare, ICT, digital health or project support, and/or an interest in building a career in clinical informatics.
