Ballarat Toyota, Victoria’s largest rural Toyota dealer, is seeking an enthusiastic, charismatic and motivated Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team.

About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their individual needs. You will build strong relationships, create an exciting and enjoyable buying experience, and develop rapport with customers with the aim of building long-term relationships.

About You

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• A confident, outgoing and charismatic personality with excellent communication skills

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not crucial

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• A professional and well-presented appearance

• A self-motivated, honest and reliable approach to work

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to achieve results

What We Offer

This position offers a retainer plus commission structure, along with a rewarding bonus system for high performers who consistently achieve results.

The role involves working Saturdays, with a rostered weekday off, providing a five-day working week.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence

• Successfully complete a Police Check
