Junior Administration / Vehicle Registration Officer

A full time Junior Administration/Vehicle Registration Officer position has become available in our office in Altona

We are looking for someone with some experience in office administration and heavy or light vehicle registration processes for VicRoads and other state road authorities however not essential.

Preference given to applicants with working experience in a vehicle dealership.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

· Making & receiving phone calls and taking messages

· Occasional reception duties and various administration tasks

· Data entry - maintaining key spreadsheets

· Scanning & filling, maintaining filing systems (digital and physical)

· Strong attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task

· Microsoft Office experience

· Providing support to the Account team

· Order and manage office supplies, stationery and consumables

Requirements

· A willingness to learn and follow processes;

· Good communication skills both in person and phone based;

· A positive attitude and strong work ethic;

· Reliable and punctual;

· Ability to work with others in a team-based environment

· Have good organisation skills

Other ad-hoc duties as required and be willing to take on other tasks when required

Pay: $52,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
