What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Head Chef to lead a busy, high-performing kitchen
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
• Coaching and developing the kitchen team
• Managing stock, ordering and food costs
• Upholding food safety and kitchen standards

What you'll bring

• Experience as a Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Experience in premium, high-volume restaurants
• Strong leadership skills and a calm approach under pressure
• A passion for quality food, teamwork and continuous improvement
