Occupational Therapist- graduate

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist at WHPH OT & Wellbeing, you will work alongside experienced clinicians to support NDIS participants across the age range living with intellectual, developmental and psychosocial disability.

Through a structured supervision and mentoring program, you will develop skills in assessment, intervention planning, report writing and person-centred therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments under the guidance of experienced clinicians.

• Support clients to improve independence, wellbeing and participation in meaningful daily activities.

• Develop and implement therapy plans that align with participant goals.

• Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and contribute to NDIS reports and reviews.

• Deliver interventions that support skill development, emotional wellbeing and community participation.

• Facilitate individual and group-based therapeutic programs where appropriate.

• Provide services in clinic, home, community and telehealth settings.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.

• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings and professional development activities.

• Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous service improvement.
