About the Role
As Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability and culture of the dealership.
Key responsibilities include:

• Building a high-performing team culture that drives engagement, accountability and long-term success
• Leading all dealership departments, including New and Used Motorcycle Sales, Finance & Insurance, Parts & Accessories and Service
• Driving profitability through strong operational management and strategic decision-making
• Identifying growth opportunities and fostering strong relationships with manufacturers and industry partners
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, sales processes, workplace health and safety requirements and HR practices
• Recruiting, coaching and developing team members through regular training, mentoring and performance reviews
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to deliver local events, promotions and community engagement initiatives
• Championing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention and referral business

  
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• A proven track record in automotive dealership sales, sales management and/or Finance & Insurance
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
